About this material
Most people who try yoga for the first time quit within a few weeks — not because it is hard, but because nobody explained the fundamentals clearly. This webinar is built around fixing that exact problem.
We go through the 12 foundational hatha postures step by step, with real attention to what your body is actually doing. You will learn how to set up each pose safely, what common alignment mistakes look like, and how to adjust when something does not feel right.
What the session covers
The first half focuses on standing and seated postures — Tadasana, Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana I, Paschimottanasana, and a few others that form the backbone of most beginner hatha sequences. The second half is dedicated to pranayama: specifically Nadi Shodhana and Kapalabhati breathing, explained without mysticism, just mechanics and effect.
You do not need prior experience. A mat, enough floor space to stretch your arms, and 90 minutes of quiet time is all that is required. The webinar is live with a Q&A segment at the end, so you can ask about your specific limitations — tight hamstrings, lower back sensitivity, whatever applies to you.
Session recorded and available to all registered participants for 30 days after the live date.
