About this material
There is a specific moment in beginner yoga when enthusiasm runs ahead of body awareness. Poses look right from the outside but feel unstable, or something aches in a way that does not seem like normal effort. That gap between looking and doing is what this webinar addresses.
Instructor Darya Kovalenko has been teaching hatha yoga for over eight years and spends most of her time correcting the same handful of alignment errors. She built this session around those exact patterns — the hip rotation in Warrior poses, the shoulder collapse in Downward Dog, the lower back compression in forward folds.
Practical focus throughout
Each posture is broken down into entry, midpoint, and exit. You will understand not just where your limbs should be, but why — which muscles are working, what the joint is doing, and what happens when the position shifts even slightly. This is not a flow class. It is a detailed technical walkthrough.
Participants are encouraged to practice along in real time. Wear comfortable clothes, clear some floor space, and have two yoga blocks nearby if you own them. No blocks? Books or firm pillows work fine.
This webinar suits people who have attended a few yoga classes but feel uncertain about whether they are doing things correctly.
